Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) – Outpatient
Term: Direct Hire
Shift Schedule: Mon- Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $110-$115/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego–based medical staffing agency, is looking for a pediatrician for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center in Los Angeles, CA. This role focuses on providing primary and preventative pediatric care to underserved and uninsured populations in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Qualifications of Pediatrician:
Current CA Physician license (MD or DO)
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics (or currently completing residency)
Strong commitment to serving underserved patient populations
Duties of Pediatrician:
Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care in an outpatient setting
Manage a patient load of approximately 20–22 patients per day
Perform well-child visits, preventative screenings, and routine check-ups
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Prescribe medications and manage ongoing care plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including specialists and behavioral health providers
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care
