    • Pay Rate: $140-$145/hr

Astrya Global, a San Diego–based medical staffing agency, is looking for a Family Medicine Physician for a direct hire opportunity with a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center in Wilmington, CA. This role focuses on delivering high-quality primary care services to underserved and uninsured populations in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Qualifications of Family Medicine Physician:

  • Current CA Physician license (MD or DO) 

  • CA DEA Certification 

  • School of Medicine 

  • Specialty Board Certificate 

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine (or currently completing residency) 

  • Strong commitment to serving underserved patient populations 

Duties of Family Medicine Physician:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting 

  • Manage a patient load of approximately 20–24 patients per day 

  • Perform routine check-ups, preventative care, and chronic disease management 

  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions 

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests 

  • Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatment plans 

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including specialists and behavioral health providers 

  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation 

  • Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care
