Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: San Diego, CA
Setting: Pain Management Clinic
Term: 6-12 month terms with the ability to extend
Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8 hours/day
Pay Rate: $105,000-$115,000/year
Astrya Global, a San Diego-based medical staffing agency, is looking for a Registered Nurse for a full-time contract opportunity in San Diego, CA. This position will involve overseeing daily clinical operations at a busy outpatient pain management clinic.

Qualifications of REGISTERED NURSE (RN):
Current CA registered nurse license
1 year of registered nurse experience
BLS certification from American Heart Association
Duties/Responsibilities of REGISTERED NURSE (RN):
Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure efficient patient flow.
Supervise and support Medical Assistants and coordinate daily assignments.
Serve as a liaison between providers, clinical staff, and administrative teams.
Coordinate patient scheduling, rooming, and clinical workflow.
Address patient questions and clinical concerns within RN scope of practice.
Ensure providers have the resources and support needed to maintain efficient schedules.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support compliance with clinic policies and safety standards.
Identify opportunities to improve clinic workflow, staff efficiency, and overall patient experience.
