Shift Schedule: part-time
Pay Rate: $2000/day
Astrya Global Medical Staffing is seeking a Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director for a growing outpatient TMS and interventional psychiatry program in San Diego, CA. This is a unique opportunity to help build and standardize an integrated psychiatric care model in collaboration with established pain management partners across two clinical sites.

Qualifications of Psychiatrist:
Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist
Active California medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
Active DEA registration or ability to obtain
Experience with TMS and/or interventional psychiatry preferred
Prior leadership or Medical Director experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills
Interest in program development and integrated care models preferred
Duties/Responsibilities of Psychiatrist:
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing patient assessments
Perform TMS candidacy screenings and evaluations
Complete initial and repeat motor threshold (MTD) mapping sessions
Develop and oversee individualized treatment protocols for TMS and interventional psychiatry services
Provide clinical leadership and oversight as Medical Director
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pain management providers and administrative staff
Coordinate care across two clinical sites to ensure continuity and quality of care
Participate in program development, workflow optimization, and quality initiatives
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and clinical regulations
