Family Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Location: Portage or Union Grove, WI
Setting: Correctional Facility
Term: 6+ months
Shift Schedule: Monday-friday
Pay Rate: $105-$110/hour
Wisconsin state correctional facilities in Union Grove or Portage, Wisconsin are looking for Family Nurse Practitioners to cover the outpatient unit. Full and part-time shift schedules are available. Position has potential to transition to a hybrid schedule once onboarding is complete.

QUALIFICATIONS of Family Nurse Practitioner:
Active Wisconsin Nurse Practitioner License
Board Certified
Proficiency in EPIC
COVID vaccine and one booster required
1 year experience required
Duties/Responsibilities of Family Nurse Practitioner:
Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
