Location: California
Setting: Remote | Behavioral Health
Term: 6 months with option to extend
Shift Schedule: 7 hours/week
Pay Rate: $200/hr
Astrya Global is seeking a Psychiatrist for a part-time, remote contract opportunity in California. The psychiatrist will provide services directly to Mental Health Plan (MHP) patients while also working with county-level incarcerated patients.

Qualifications of Psychiatrist:
Current CA MD/DO License
Current CA DEA Certificate
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Spanish Speaking Preferred
Duties/Responsibilities of Psychiatrist:
Evaluate and diagnose mental health disorders
Develop and implement treatment plans
Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications working with pharmacist
Provide psychotherapy services
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
Maintain patient records and write reports
