Shift Schedule: 4 days per week, 8-hour shifts
Pay Rate: $120-$125/hr
Astrya Global Medical Staffing is seeking a clinical Psychologist for a rewarding outpatient opportunity in Fremont, CA. This maternity coverage assignment offers the chance to work with a collaborative multidisciplinary team providing care to adults with acute and severe mental health conditions in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

Qualifications of Clinical Psychologist:
Current CA, MD or DO License
Board Certification
BLS certification from American Heart Association
Experience working with serious mental illness and group therapy preferred
Duties/Responsibilities of Clinical Psychologist:
Facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) group therapy sessions Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (core group hours approximately 8:30 AM–2:00 PM)
Lead therapeutic groups of approximately 10–12 adult patients with conditions including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, trauma, and adjustment disorders
Conduct individual therapy sessions, follow-up appointments, and psychological intakes
Collaborate with a small interdisciplinary treatment team to develop and monitor patient care plans
Provide case management support and assist patients with transitioning to county behavioral health services when appropriate
Complete timely clinical documentation using EPIC (Health Connect)
