    • Shift Schedule: Starting at 8 hours a week and will increase to full time 

    • Pay Rate: $60/hour


Astrya Global, a San Diego–based medical staffing agency, is looking for a Mental Health Supervisor (LMFT) for a hybrid role at an Outpatient Treatment Center in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will provide psychotherapy, counseling, and psycho-education to individuals, families, and groups.  

Hybrid schedule: 1 day per week (6–8 hours) onsite conducting group therapy, plus nightly review and sign-off on therapist notes. Starts at approximately 8 hours per week with opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the clinic expands.

Qualifications of A Mental Health Supervisor (LMFT)

  • Current OR, LMFT License 

  • Previous supervisory experience  

  • Oregon Medicaid Enrolled 

Duties/Responsibilities of A Mental Health Supervisor (LMFT)

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary Intensive Outpatient Treatment team to ensure patients’ clinical goals and behavioral management needs are met 

  • Participate in case conferences, chronic disease management meetings, and staff consultations to support high-quality patient care 

  • Conduct functional, strength-based assessments and provide comprehensive diagnoses addressing mental health, substance use, trauma, and psychosocial needs 

  • Review, develop, and oversee individualized patient care plans integrated with medical and psychosocial services 

  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based interventions 

  • Deliver counseling and psycho-education focused on coping skills, distress tolerance, mindfulness, stress reduction, and life skills development 

  • Implement short-term and intensive long-term interventions targeting trauma, mental health symptoms, and substance use reduction 

  • Participate in behavioral health quality assurance/improvement activities to maintain and strengthen standards of Treatment Care.
